Refund Policy – International Review and Consulting Services
At Covalingua, we value the trust you place in our International Review and Consulting Services. Our goal is to provide professional, high-quality guidance tailored to your business needs.
Because these services are based on personalized expertise, time, and strategic consultation, we maintain the following refund policy:
- Non-Refundable Services
- Once a consultation session or document review has been delivered (in whole or in part), fees are non-refundable.
- This reflects the time and expertise already dedicated to your project
- Cancellations
- Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.
- Exceptional Circumstances
- If Covalingua is unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
